We distinguish verified facts from competing opinions, present reliable evidence, and help readers reach their own informed conclusions. We do not tell people what to think—we provide the information they need to think for themselves.
Why We Exist
Modern democracies face an unprecedented challenge. False information spreads rapidly, while citizens are increasingly exposed only to opinions that reinforce their existing beliefs.
Without a shared foundation of verified facts, meaningful public debate becomes difficult. Facts & Opinion was created to help rebuild that shared foundation by separating factual claims from competing interpretations.
